Resumen
Improvements in health services with the use of technology in hard-to-reach areas in Colombia - Guainía case The department of Guainía has a large majority of native populations, which have few guarantees in terms of access and opportunity to different services, among them -one of the most violated- is the right to receive quality health care. The population of this department has the highest maternal and neonatal mortality rates at the national level. Through a case study, this paper identifies and describes a problem that negatively influences the social development of one of the most remote areas of the country and therefore with the greatest state neglect. Alternatives are proposed for the solution of the problem according to the socio-cultural context of the territory, the components of the health system and practices. The technological alternative of health care through an Assisted Reality Glasses System is presented in detail, studied from the scopes, benefits, costs and based on the company's business policies.
