Impacto de la innovación organizacional en Coca-cola y su relación con las estrategias de sostenibilidad

Spain business mission 2017, aims to provide students with opportunities for professional growth through the application of the concepts and models studied in the different business visits that were carried out. It intends to know what are the trends in the innovative business management systems; with what seeks to identify good case practices in organizational innovation and its importance to maintain success in industries and grow in a sustainable way. An investigation of each of the companies that were visited was carried out by analyzing a key point in each one. Specifically, the contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals during the last years by: The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola European Partners and Coca-Cola Spain. Finally, an academic approach to the concept of innovation is made. This concept can be used as a basis for the progress and strengthening of companies in our country.
