Resumen
Inclusive education aims to meet the growing demands of a society in the process of renewal and relentless pursuit of democracy, which will only be achieved when all people indiscriminately, have access to information, knowledge and resources necessary for the formation of their full citizenship. In this sense, I consider that a challenge is put to the Brazilian education, allow the handicapped equal rights with other students in regular schools, giving them dignity and the right to exercise citizenship. Therefore, this study aimed to offer some reflections on the concepts that permeate social inclusion in schools, through questionnaires applied to managers and teachers who work with special education in the same in a public school in the city of Pinhalzinho SC. Also verified the conditions of infrastructure and accessibility in school to meet students with special needs. This research was possible to have knowledge about the perceptions of respondents about the inclusion process. This revealed there is much to be done for inclusion in regular schools actually occurs, it is demonstrated in the positioning of the majority of teachers who described many mishaps in the school environment. In this sense it is important that the school management is well articulated, so that inclusion can happen in the best way possible, enabling students with special needs, access, residence and the right to quality education, as well as other students. The lack of support from governors was appointed as a complicating factor for teachers and administrators. Besides the lack of infrastructure and materials adapted. And what if realized, is that most teachers do not have specific training in special education, which can contribute to feelings of failure, fear, loneliness, rejection, among others that arise in the inclusive process. Thus, it is clear that a long way to go, so we can say that the inclusion is really happening to this, public policies are not enough, they need to leave the paper, and get a different look that can be deployed effectively in regular schools, and to enable persons with special needs, quality education, and that makes them feel like individuals who are loved and respected by the other classmates and teachers.
