Resumen
This research, qualitative and of the bibliographical type, investigated the dialogue
between hermeneutics and democratic management, presenting the meeting of the
hermeneutics with the education. Taking in account the gadamerianas reflections concerning
the concept of experience in the philosophical hermeneutics, they had been consisted
contributions of this thinker so that the democratic management if materialize effectively in
the schools. It was verified, in the reconstruction of the concept of experience, the dangerous
approach of the formal education with the scientific method; that objective the relations. This
moves away the educational citizens, privileging the method, that tends to objectify,
transforming the relations (a citizen that it knows and another one that nothing it knows). For
in such a way, it was verified that the question and the experience of the finitude are the
starting point of the hermeneutic experience, bringing great contributions for the relation
teacher-pupil and the democratic management. It was clearly that the elements of the
question, that generate the dialogue-reflexive, and of the finitude make to perceive the human
beings as finite and inconclusive, pertaining to a history and tradition that condition, but do
not determine; to assume these two components is essential for the philosophical
hermeneutics and the democratic management, in the perspective to educate independent,
flexible citizens, dialogical-critical-reflexives, active participants of the school and the society
where they are inserted. Therefore, this democratic and participatory dialogue, so expensive
for the hermeneutics and the democratic management, will generate alternatives that will
question the authoritarian positions, exculpatory, that they can appear in the pertaining to
school context and this globalized and competitive world.
