A gestão da inclusão educacional de alunos com transtorno do espectro autista: o lugar do profissional de apoio

The Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a behavioral syndrome whose characteristics imply a different treatment for the subjects affected by it. For implementation of educational inclusion of school management students organize some strategies that have also recently started to receive attention in the legislation. The monitoring of students with ASD on support professional is one of these strategies. However, the work organization, as well as the understanding of the professional responsible for performing it still require to be cleared. Thus, it had as objective in this study, have been shown to identify how the school companion that works in favor of the inclusion of students with ASD in the Brazilian legislation, as well as in studies that include weaving reflections and notes about the reality that and find that you crave. To meet the objective of this research was conducted a literature review on the support of professional as well as a discussion based on legal documents that cite weaving up from descriptive analysis, notes on needs and purposes of the reality that found. As a result it was found that the legislation provides redundancy when dealing with the professional support in different documents, and not approach it with the necessary clarity as regards the names and same functions to be taken. As for literature, there was a similar situation, and there are a variety of names, functions and training assigned to support professional. This reality points to the demand for legal clarification of this professional, as well as attention to your training, so that its activities will encourage the movement of inclusion, rather than having the opposite effect.
