This paper reports the power relationship exerted by Maintainer (SEDUC) with the State Centers for Youth and Adult Education (NEEJAs) of Rio Grande do Sul, more specifically to NEEJA of Missões Palmeira. This research was driven by the Working survey data Course Conclusion (TCC) held in 2012, the Sociology of study in high school (post-graduate) and direct contact coordination with the situation which is experiencing NEEJA Palmeira Missões. 2012 urvey data revealed that among the terms: dialogue, mediation, interaction school / family and pedagogical practice, the term "power relationship" is still ignored or denied by some teachers. The sociology course possible knowledge of important authors who have studied the relationship of power, as Michel Foucault and Max Weber, among others. These impulses have allowed a more detailed study of this complex process experienced by NEEJA Palmeira Missões, with regard to termination of employment for Wholeness. The objective of this study is to test the keeper of the response threshold relative to its retained within the principles of democratic management. This research confirms the hypothesis that this relationship, Maintainer and core, hurt these principles.
