This article presents the process of implementation and management of the National Network of Integral Health Care Worker (RENAST), they were built from literature related to the theme in question. Initially presents a brief the contextualization from an approach regarding the changes brought about by industrialization in Brazil, which spurred profound changes in the production process and work organization also describes the work related illness. Presents the trajectory of attention to workers' health in Brazil until it becomes a public policy of universal access from the Constitution of 1988 and the Unified Health System (SUS), highlighting the importance of the implementation of RENAST in 2002, which represents an important advance for attention to workers' health, developed within the SUS. The worker health actions are developed in an integrated and transversal way, which include management information, setting and sharing of actions at all levels of care.
