Mejoras al proceso de control de presupuesto para actividades de educación médica continuada (EMC)

The multinationals are recognized for their durability over time, all of them have business processes that are used to achieve the business objectives. Boehringer Ingelheim is a company with over 128 years in the pharmaceutical business characterized by its familiar transcendence. This is one of the few companies that doesn’t have shareholders and is a success case in the industry. In Colombia, the company is faced with other major laboratories such as Pfizer, Novartis, Bayer, Roche, Tecnoquimicas, among others; so it must be ahead in medicines, technology and processes. This paper proposes the improvement of a processes of the marketing area in which are involved the areas of sales and accounting, seeking to reduce the operating time, to be implemented in higher-value activities that benefit the company.
