A mixed type study (qualitative and quantitative) with descriptive scope is carried out. The Perception Evaluation Instrument of the Home Service for the Patient with COPD was applied in a group of 10 users of the database of the prepaid medicine company at their own homes during the period from September 10 to 15, 2018. The data collected are analyzed by descriptive statistics and presented in graphs using the Excel tool in order to determine the findings that allowed the structure of the proposal. It was found that, although users have a high perception of the service, it is necessary to restructure it to raise quality levels and therefore the researcher presents a proposal in this article.
