This research was performed from the longitudinal speech therapy accompaniment of four chindren with Austistic Spectrum Disorder/Infantile Autism in the context of hippotherapy, from the theoretical perspective of NeuroLinguistic Discourse (ND). The theoretical scope of the ND covers the studies developed by Vygotsky and Luria, on the one hand, and Coudry and other linguists who consider the subject on the other. Complete this theoretical foundation Wallon, Merleau-Ponty and Desjardins, whose studies involve the relationship between body, sensory system, speech and language. The practice of speech therapy in the context of hippotherapy requires of the professional a paradigm shift as the body design involving perceptual aspects / sensory, discursive, social and historical, as the horse tridimensional movement acts on the child's body, influencing it a whole from the sensory and vestibular systems. This study focuses, therefore, the work with language in interdisciplinary speech therapy, hippotherapy and the ND, confirming the latter as a guiding theoretical support the monitoring of children with ASD / Infantile Children in the context of hippotherapy. It is also part of this study an analysis directed to the assumptions governing the work with the language in the area of hippotherapy Doutorado Linguistica Doutora em Linguística
