Caprinos. Aleitamento. Thus, a completely randomized experimental design, in a 2x2 factorial scheme, was elaborated with 2 types of milk (goat and cow) and two levels of fat (3.5% and 7%). Animal performance was evaluated by measuring variations in body mass, milk consumption and digestibility of the offered diet. The groups formed were LC3.5 (skimmed goat milk + goat fat 3.5%), LC7 (skimmed goat milk + goat fat 7%), LV3.5 (skimmed goat milk + cow fat 3, 5%) and LV7 (skimmed goat's milk + 7% cow fat), these animals remained in the experiment for 80 days, during this period they were allocated in individual stalls, being breastfed 4 times a day (08:00, 11:00, 14:00 and 17:00 hours). Animals up to 25 days of age received 1 liter of milk, from this age onwards 1.5 liters/animal was provided. All skimmed goat's milk and goat's milk cream were obtained from the skimming of whole milk, in the INOVALEITE laboratory, and the cow's milk cream was acquired through a donation from Laticínios Viçosa, which were then reconstituted. The experimental design used was completely randomized, with four diets and 12 replications, totaling 32 experimental units, in a 2X2 factorial arrangement. Feces were collected for digestibility (AOAC, 1990; THIEX et al., 2003) and blood to measure the amount of free VLDL, HDL and AG in the blood, at the 70th day of life. The statistical model used will be, Y= μ+ Pi + Gj + PGij + VOC (PE) +eijKL, where Pi represents the type of fat used in the treatment and Gj the fat content used, while PGij represents the interaction of the variables Pi + Gj The VOC (PE) represents the weight of the animal when entering the experiment after the due adaptation period, while eijKL represents the error of all variables.
