Resumen
This experimental project presents the development of strategic communication planning for the repositioning of the handcrafted ceramics brand, Gabi Sanger Art, a brand of handcrafted works. From the planning perspective of Marcélia Lupetti and Alan Cooper, authors who analyze the advances in organizational and marketing planning, respectively, since its inception, we make the theoretical discussions here customized. For the creation of the strategic planning of the campaign, an audience survey was developed.
