dc.description.abstractConsidering the entry of more Chinese construction companies in the Colombian market, this paper seeks to propose a human management model for these companies as a reference and guide in their human management when executing infrastructure projects in Colombia, based on the identification and analysis of the problems existing in the Chinese construction companies in Colombia related to the five macro-processes of human management: the organization and planning of the human management area; the incorporation and adaptation of people to the organization; the compensation, welfare and health of people; staff development; and employee relations. The solution given will consider two essential aspects, that are project management and intercultural or transcultural management.
