| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigaci?n se titula Pr?cticas para el mejoramiento del ser, hacer y convivir a trav?s de los valores ?ticos; el problema de investigaci?n surge en la comunidad educativa rural la Candelaria, donde se evidencia la carencia de valores ?ticos manifestados en las interacciones cotidianas y en el manejo de la conducta, al igual la apat?a hacia el aprendizaje, incumplimiento escolar, falta de responsabilidad en sus labores acad?micas.
El proyecto est? enmarcado en el dise?o de investigaci?n acci?n ya que busca mitigar una problem?tica y generar posibles cambios sociales, est? direccionado bajo el enfoque mixto con mayor predominio el enfoque cualitativo de ah? la utilizaci?n de la observaci?n constante en el juego libre; se aplicaron encuestas dirigidas a los estudiantes y entrevista a la junta de Acci?n Comunal, con el fin de caracterizar su entorno social;, adem?s se aplic? el test de Karen Machover con el objetivo de analizar y develar las emociones internas de los educandos y construcci?n de la identidad.
Las familias han cambiado su conformaci?n estructural especialmente en sus roles de padres dentro de su n?cleo familiar; permitiendo que sus educandos desarrollen actitudes egoc?ntricas, autoritarias y baja autoestima, manifestadas en el mal manejo de las relaciones interpersonales y la carencia de la ?tica, a ra?z de esto surge como estrategia el desarrollo de pr?cticas pedag?gicas que ayuden a mejorar los valores ?ticos desde el aula en las diversas ?reas del conocimiento.
El resultado de los talleres evidenci? cambios positivos en la comunidad educativa, lo cual reafirm? que las pr?cticas educativas mejoran la conducta de los educandos e integran a toda la comunidad educativa, creando espacios de interacci?n donde el sujeto modela su comportamiento a trav?s de la correlaci?n con el mundo que lo rodea.

| dc.description | The present research work is entitled Practices for the improvement of being, doing and coexisting through ethical values; The research problem arises in the rural educational community of La Candelaria, where there is evidence of the lack of ethical values manifested in daily interactions and in the management of behavior, as well as apathy towards learning, school failure, lack of responsibility in their academic work. The project is framed in the design of action research since it seeks to mitigate a problem and generate possible social changes, it is addressed under the mixed approach with greater predominance the qualitative approach hence the use of constant observation in free play; applied surveys to students and interview to the community action board, in order to characterize their social environment; in addition Karen Machover test was applied in order to analyze and unveil the internal emotions of the students and construction of the identity. Families have changed their structural makeup especially in their parent roles within their family nucleus; allowing their students to develop egocentric, authoritarian and low self-esteem attitudes, manifested in the mismanagement of interpersonal relationships and the lack of ethics, as a result of which the development of pedagogical practices that help to improve ethical values from the classroom in the different areas of knowledge. The result of the workshops showed positive changes in the educational community, which reaffirmed that the educational practices improve the behavior of the students and integrate the entire educational community to strengthen the being, do and live together, creating interaction spaces where the subject he models his behavior through correlation with the world around him.
