Resumen
This thesis was constructed under the premise that people well-being has human endeavour as a source of wellbeing and it’s expressed at different levels, and is related to different explanatory factors according to these levels.
Well-being has been called and studied in different ways according to the period and perspectives of study. In this thesis the 3 classic traditions of study of well-being are collected in an integrative way. In addition, this thesis takes as its basis the idea that people live and develop their daily tasks at different levels of human action.
This Thesis consists of 6 chapters organized in 4 blocks: One of a more theoretical nature, and three that account for different levels of expression of human everyday life: (i) Macrostructural, socio-structural and cultural factors of Well-being (macro level); (ii) Well-being and Perception of the context (meso or interpersonal level); and (iii) Well-being and personal processes (micro or intrapersonal level).
The positioning perspective of this work is related with the relevance of personal resources for the study of well-being, and not from the lack or problems of the subject. This perspective brings us closer theoretically to Positive Psychology as an epistemological positioning framework. PFCHA-Becas PFCHA-Becas
