Resumen
ABSTRACT
Teaching in Chile faces the challenge of providing quality education and attention to
diversity to all students. The main and fundamental engine of this change is the teaching
staff, their knowledge, attitudes, educational practices, reflection of their teaching and
continuous training. This training is being proposed through peer learning or the creation of
professional learning communities (CPA) in virtual learning environments (EVA) with the
objective of interaction, communication and cooperation, in the sense of mobilizing
experiences of pedagogical reflection, exchange of knowledge, production of materials and
cooperative activities among peers in trade to improve the teaching work in the classroom.
For this reason, this research is focused on investigating the perception that Chilean
teachers have about inclusion and peer learning in VAS, analyzing its effectiveness as a
strategy to strengthen pedagogical practices and educational inclusion.
The methodology followed in this study has been the quantitative methodology
through the use of a measuring instrument: ad-hoc questionnaire. The analysis of the
perception of Chilean teachers regarding the effectiveness of peer learning has been carried
out in response to educational inclusion, in the continuous training of four specific courses of
the Center for Improvement, Experimentation and Pedagogical Research (CPEIP), in
addition to establish the knowledge of the teaching staff and promotion of educational
establishments of the training offer promoted by the CPEIP in response to educational
inclusion.
By way of conclusion, it has been observed that teachers' perception concludes that
peer learning in Virtual Learning Environments is effective in responding to attention to
diversity and educational inclusion in their educational contexts, despite the lack of
knowledge and promotion of the training actions in educational centers.

educacionales.
