The commercial activity of the company within the current market, its geographical location, as
well as the approach of the company's culture as its objectives to achieved. Through the
development of problems and objectives, the problems that the company must face when entering
this type of market are known. With the determination of the SWOT matrix, the strategies to
achieve the silver objectives will be determined.
Through an analysis of the target market, guidelines and requirements for the export of the
product, an analysis of supply and demand will be carried out, based on the data obtained,
strategies will be determined to cover the demand of this type of services.
An economic detail of the social capital is developed, taking into consideration the costs that the
company will incur in each of the activities to carry out its economic activity within the target market
where it will operate. To find out about the feasibility of this export plan, financial statements will
be prepared, which will have a projection for five years. In addition, financial tools will be used
and the recovery time of the investment made and quantify the achievement of the objectives set
by the company.
Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are defined, based on criteria obtained with the
development of the export plan of the company "Ecuadorian Hats".
