Incidência elevada de gravidez na adolescência na equipe de saúde da família 15 do município de Campo Alegre - AL

Teenage pregnancy is a reality that never stops growing in Brazil and in the
world and has been presenting as a public health problem. Many teenagers are
performing sexual activity earlier, with risk of unplanned pregnancy and of contracting
sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) that do not use protection. This situation has
consequences as: school leavers; risk on the health of the mother and newborn; to
be pushed out of the deal and bad child, psychosocial problems and economic
development within the family and in society, difficulty of mother's return to society
after pregnancy. The aim of this work proposes an action plan aimed at reducing the
incidence of pregnancies in teenagers, in the area of the family health program 15 of
the municipality Campo Alegre; interventions have been proposed which could
ensure a reduction in the incidence of these pregnancies, as well as to prevent and
to provide support for teens who are in this situation. For the development of the
contingency plan was used the method of the Situational strategic planning (PES),
and a narrative review of literature, through data of the Virtual Health Library, Virtual
Library of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Scientific Electronic Library Online
(SCIELO), Latin American literature and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS),
through the descriptors teenage pregnancy, the family health strategy. It is concluded
that there is a need to intervene in these adolescents to might be contributing to
health education.
