Resumen
The present research work is very important because it allows promoting an economy that can accelerate developing countries, the creative industry is the key to having goods and services of human, cultural and knowledge talent that is precisely from architecture and urban planning as part of the infrastructure-type potential in equipment that facilitates connectivity for the exchange of these activities with added value, such as reinventing and enriching work spaces for students.
The city of Tunja is considered a "university city" in the region and historically it was also a city that in the colony was the cradle of knowledge since different schools arrived here. This city has experienced a population growth, especially in the student population, due to its offer of careers and university institutions that have brought migrations from different departments and municipalities of the country. Despite these antecedents, the city of Tunja does not have adequate infrastructure for
activities and connectivity of equipment services for the student population, which is one of its needs to promote the development of knowledge and culture.
