One of the problems facing oral health professionals; it is how to carry out a good post-operative period in patients who are systemically compromised and who, for this reason, are patients who come to the dental office with basic medications, which cannot be interrupted in any way. The purpose of this project was to evaluate the prescription and pharmacological interactions through a mobile application as a technological tool for dental care, which takes into account the patient's basic medications and the treatment required by their dental procedure. A study was then developed under the diagnostic test model, where through a mobile application, facial and content validation was carried out, which allowed evaluating the understanding of the instrument by experts in the subject, to establish the possible pharmacological interactions that may occur between the base medication of the systemically compromised patient and the operative and postoperative therapy prescribed in dental care. Among the results and main conclusions, it was necessary to; It was validated with 16 dental professionals that the mobile application of drug interactions (ODONT APP) meets the requirements of patients and treating health professionals, receiving an acceptance greater than 97% in terms of its purpose and purpose. Regarding visual elements and the final product, the application received 100% acceptance from the test participants, determining its ease of use and efficiency in the results.
