Resumen
The research was carried out with the purpose of determining, the relationship between motivation and work performance, in the workers of the Institute of Public Technological Higher Education Chincha-Chincha 2019. Correlational study, because it allows defining both variables whether they are related or not, the general population of 71 workers, and the sample that was applied to 60 workers. The survey defined motivation and work performance questions represented by 15 items, was validated by experts. In the results it can be observed that, in the general hypothesis the value of significance is 0.004 <0.05; the Null Hypothesis is rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis is accepted, that is, if there is a relationship between motivation and work performance in the workers of the Institute of Public Technological Higher Education Chincha 2019. it concluded that the specific Hypotheses are accepted, as it could visualize the results Statisticians that if there is a relationship in workers provides information to the research, generates a correct result, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between motivation and work performance in the workers of the Institute of Higher Technological Education Chincha-Chincha year 2019, and verified by the critical value that is 0.004 <0.05, the recommendations for achievement and goals and objectives will be applied.
