El proyecto propone analizar la existencia de patrones de modelos de Gestión del conocimiento en manejos administrativos de tiendas barriales de Guayaquil, describe, de forma individual, los modelos reconocidos, elaborando una matriz que permita la identificación de las dimensiones que intervienen en estos negocios, ubicados en los sectores más representativos de la ciudad. La investigación es de tipo cualitativo y el diseño a emplear es la teoría fundamentada. Las unidades de análisis son las tiendas barriales de Guayaquil, seleccionadas con características previamente determinadas. El instrumento a utilizar es la entrevista semiestructurada y la muestra se determinó mediante la técnica de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia y con base al análisis de resultados de las entrevistas, realizadas a sus propietarios, se establece la presencia del modelo de la espiral del conocimiento de Nonaka y Takeuchi y se proponen estrategias de uso por áreas operativas, aplicables a este giro de negocios. The project proposes to analyze the existence of patterns of knowledge management models in the administrative management of neighborhood stores in Guayaquil, describing, individually, the recognized models, elaborating a matrix that allows the identification of the dimensions involved in these businesses, located in the most representative sectors of the city. The research is qualitative and the design used is grounded theory. The units of analysis are the neighborhood stores of Guayaquil, selected with previously determined characteristics. The instrument to be used is the semi-structured interview and the sample was determined by the technique of non-probabilistic sampling by convenience and based on the analysis of the results of the interviews with the owners, the presence of the Nonaka and Takeuchi's knowledge spiral model is established and strategies of use by operative areas are proposed, applicable to this line of business.
