The following study is based on the impact of caesarean sections in teenagers from 15 to 19 years old in the Hospital Dr. Rafael Serrano López from La Libertad, province of Santa Elena. It is specially focus on biologic, psychologist and social aspects about the problem being defined as the object of the study the caesarean sections. It is a surgical procedure which allows the extraction of the fetus from the mother’s belly and it should be performed only in emergencies through medical justification in order to save the lives of two human beings. Furthermore, it doesn’t have to pass the 15%. However, despite the Scientifics advances, it represents a high level of risk for the mother and the neonate. Furthermore, there are some possibilities that the neonate born preterm or with breathing problems. On the other hand, in the progenitor may occur bleeding, anesthesia complications or even infertility. It states that the caesarean section has a link with maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. The scope emphasizes in teenagers from 15 to 19 years old taking into account that pregnancy in this age group presents major complications. As a result of this, there are possibilities that pathologies can be presented such a: anemia, vaginal and urinary infections, cephalopelvic disproportion premature rupture of membrane (PROM). It is necessary to know that it can be prevented with antenatal. The inquiry is based on scientific and empirics theories. For that, it was used the non-experimental method of analytical-explanatory order which describes each of the elements of the problem getting qualitative results which are linked to their variables. As a result, the proposal is an emergency plan which goal is to awareness among teenagers about the risk of the caesarean section and the importance of the antenatal and also to promote natural childbirth and comprehensive care with the family and community.
