Sobre la base de la información recibida y el desarrollo del estudio, el propósito del estudio fue conocer el comportamiento de la compra de los millennials en productos ecológicos en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Los datos obtenidos fueron muy importantes para el desarrollo de los objetivos, lo que permitió resolver problemas tales como las características importantes de una generación, la hora de realizar compras, afectar la compra, el proceso de compra en línea en los millennials y conocer los hábitos de consumo. Para probar el comportamiento de las compras en los millennials, se analizaron los factores externos e internos, explicados en un marco teórico, considerando la cultura a la que pertenece esta generación. Dado que es imposible comparar a los millennials de América Latina con los millennials de países más desarrollados, donde las costumbres son completamente diferentes. Las herramientas utilizadas para el estudio de caso fueron cuantitativas como encuestas. Durante la investigación, se descubrió que las personas mayores cambian su comportamiento de compra con la edad. Por esta razón, el grupo millennials se dividió en tres rangos diferentes para determinar el perfil de cada uno de ellos. Por lo tanto, era posible comprender que cada perfil tiene diferentes motivos y problemas al comprar productos ecológicos y que existen discrepancias en los productos que compran en Internet. On the basis of the information received and the development of the study, the purpose of the study was to know the behavior of the purchase of millennials in organic products in the city of Guayaquil. The data obtained were very important for the development of the objectives, which allowed to solve problems such as the important characteristics of a generation, the time to make purchases, affect the purchase, the online purchase process in the millennials and know the habits of consumption. To test the behavior of purchases in the millennials, external and internal factors were analyzed, explained in a theoretical framework, considering the culture to which this generation belongs. Since it is impossible to compare the millennials of Latin America with the millennials of more developed countries, where the customs are completely different. The tools used for the case study were quantitative as surveys. During the investigation, it was discovered that older people change their buying behavior with age. For this reason, the millennial group was divided into three different ranks to determine the profile of each of them. Therefore, it was possible to understand that each profile has different reasons and problems when buying organic products and that there are discrepancies in the products they buy on the Internet.
