Resumen
Este artigo tem por objetivo caracterizar as condições de trabalho dos Professores de Biologia do Estado do Paraná, Brasil, referente ao Tempo e a Jornada de Trabalho, Vínculo e Remuneração destes trabalhadores. O referencial teórico e metodológico adotado nesta pesquisa consiste no Materialismo Histórico Dialético. Participaram da pesquisa 433 Professores de Biologia da Rede Estadual de Educação do Paraná, Brasil, distribuídos em todo o território paranaense. Com a caracterização das condições de trabalho dos professores, os resultados revelam que há um movimento de precarização e intensificação do trabalho dos Professores Efetivos e Substitutos de Biologia. Concluiu-se que só a organização da classe trabalhadora, com a consciência de que é classe-para-si mesma, poderá contribuir para a construção de uma nova sociedade e para o enfrentamento das problemáticas, que advêm da precarização e da intensificação do trabalho, para a Educação em Ciências e Biologia. The objective of this article is to characterize the working conditions of Biology Teachers of the State of Paraná, Brazil, concerning the time of service, the working day, the bond and the salary. The theoretical and methodological referential adopted in this research consists in the Historical Materialism Dialectic. Participated in the study 433 Professors of Biology of the State Education Network of Paraná, Brazil, distributed throughout the territory of Paraná. With the characterization of the working conditions of the teachers, the results reveal that there is a movement of precariousness and intensification of the work of the Effective Teachers and Substitutes. It was concluded that only the organization of the working class, with the awareness that it is class-for-itself, can contribute to the construction of a new society and to the confrontation of the problematic, which result from the precariousness and intensification of work for Education in Science and Biology.
