Resumen
This work aims to treat the advertising for the sale of beer as a discursive strategy in construction, assertion and representation of gender identities and sexuality. As samples for this study were chosen six items extracted from the launch campaign of beer Devassa By Playboy, the Rio brand Devassa in 2013. These items produced exclusively for the campaign, consist of three packages used to contain the beer; a poster aired in February 2013 edition of Playboy magazine and an ad, also published by the magazine in the same month and year. Through a semiotic approach, this paper intends to perform the analysis of these items treating them as advertising images.
