Resumen
Field activities are an important strategy for teaching science, since they allow to explore a wide diversity of content, motivate learners, allow direct contact with the environment and a better understanding of the phenomena. For this it is essential that they are well prepared and properly explored. Furthermore, it is important for teachers to work together and explore the interdisciplinary field activities, allowing overcoming obstacles and make them more frequent and better strategies used in school practice. The work was conducted with teachers who teach in the Valinhos city’s schools, and aimed to investigate the possibilities of viability of laboratory activities in state schools and assist teachers in conducting experimental activities through the creation of a set of scripts for experimental activities. Although many difficulties have arisen during the process, motivation and engagement demonstrated by the teachers interviewed confirmed the didactic potential of this mode of education.
