Resumen
This research addresses the issue of organizational change and consequent Resis-tance to change towards enterprise, and evaluation of sources of resistance to change in a public and a private company. Verifies the concepts of Mu-Organizational and dance the role of business before today. Presents con-cept of resistance to change, a factor that should not be seen only as a negative aspect, and in addition, the observation of sources of resistance to change that can be Individual or Organizational sources. The study found the princi-country sources of resistance to change through the application of interviews in a public and other private compa-ny. The result of the study brings the main sources of resistance to change in the se-lected companies.
