Resumen
In this work, I deal with textual properties that need to be well understood by teachers and students and shared among them in the activities of production and evaluation of texts in the school sphere. Through the elaboration of a digital e-book, I present theoretical and practical support on nine significant textual properties for the construction of a good text - regardless of the textual genre to which it belongs -, in order to guide teachers in the definition of evaluative criteria that need to be presented and explained to their students in the genre teaching phase, so that they are taken into account in the subsequent evaluation step. The theoretical basis for the elaboration of the material takes as reference the socio-interactionist conception of language and conceptual assumptions of Textual Linguistics - text, genre, discursive domain, textual type and textual properties. Methodologically, I adopted the field research, with three online meetings via the Google Meet platform, with a group of eight Portuguese language teachers, in 2021. During the meetings, I presented the material prepared, discussed the fundamental concepts and applied activities related to them. At the end of each meeting, the participants responded to a form, recording their impressions about the training offered. I proceeded to a qualitative analysis of the responses to the meetings, and the results point to the good acceptance and the prolific functionality of the proposed educational product, since I found an increase in quantity and quality in the responses of the participants at the end of the third training meeting, compared to the answers given by them in the first meeting, regarding the textual properties to construct and evaluate certain genres of texts produced by students.
