His study deals with the readjustment of business analysis in a hospital located in western Parana, with emphasis on their organizational structure. This hospital had mainly, and communication problems between sectors flow of information within the entire organization among others, issues as the provision of means and locations for care patient care (lack of beds, offices, etc.). Seeking to solve these problems, we sought to optimize the distribution sector and restructure the organization. For this, he departed from the observation and study of the organization’s strategy and structure, plus the particulars presented by the industry and by the company itself, for the verification of possible changes to be made for improvement. The idea is to solve problems in decision making, communication, the flow of people, information and documents, integrating the various employees, sectors and units and optimizing the use of physical space of the institution.This study aimed to understand each unit processes, identifying key activities and their interdependencies and make the organizational realignment plan. For this, we used the action research as a methodological tool. At the end, the tools used provided the optimization of layouts of organizations and sectoral distributions, as new wings of care in Rondon Hospital could be installed and managed to get great physical arrangement for the Hospital and the new unit, according tools applied, agents perceptions involved and the organization’s needs. Yet, among other results, it obtained high quality of service provided by employees, optimizing the flow of information, contributing to the decision making. It is believed that this was the first step in a sequence of optimization actions that, over time, will occur within the organization always seeking to correlate structure and organizational strategy.
