Resumen
The increase in electricity consumption, justified by population growth and the evolution of industrial and commercial activities resulting from this demand, requires the emergence of new alternatives to ensure uninterrupted supply. At the same time, Sustainable Development increased its influence on worldwide public agenda, contributing to a growing awareness on the preservation of natural resources. In this context, there is a tendency to use energy sources known as "clean energy sources", renewable and with low impact to the environment, e.g., solar photovoltaic. In Europe, mainly through on-grid solar systems, the scenario has favored the distributed generation, due to public policies implemented in the sector. In Brazil, the federal government, through the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), started supporting on-grid solar systems seen as a way of distributed generation – here, the publication of the Call No. 13/2011 and the Normative Resolution No. 482/2012 needs to be highlighted. The Normative Resolution No. 482/2012 is responsible for the regulation of distributed mini and micro generation in the country and, in consequence, electricity distribution companies have created technical standards for the insertion of on-grid solar systems over electric distribution network. This assignment will be devoted to the study of these technical standards issued by distribution companies, for distributed mini and micro generation, watching spots, main characteristics, factors and technological limitations. As a final result, the objective is the proposal of improvements in current standards and the preparation of a proposal with the requirements for the connection of on-grid solar systems with power backup - a modality not yet covered.
