Resumen
It is an increasing concern with a healthy diet and greater amount of nutrients. For this, there are studies that prove the empirical knowledge of ecologically based foods. This type of production has ideals and principles that culminates in better ecosystem management. For the growth of family agriculture and the expansion of organic production, there are the commonly called short marketing chains and alternative agro-food networks, within which there are the free fairs. In this way, it turns to be necessary the distinction between the kinds of customers as well as their perception of their behavior to the components of the marketing: product, price, place (place of distribution) and promotion. Thus, aimed to study the marketing 4Ps based on a semi-structured questionnaire available at the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018.
