Resumen
The work in the agricultural sector becomes very complex and diverse conditions such thatwork is confused with the same conditions of life of workers. This means that he takesdaily risks to their health. This situation is observed in the agricultural fields of Colombiaand Venezuela, which until the same legislation has no significant difference between ruralfarm worker from the urban worker. Hence the purpose of this research a comparativeanalysis of the workday and working conditions of workers in the agricultural sector inColombia and Venezuela in order. The study was based on documents relating to theLabour Code of Colombia, Law 50 of 1990 amending the substantive work of theColombian Code, the Labour Act for workers of Venezuela, the regulation of the organiclaw of the work of workers in Venezuela. The study scored bibliographic documentary,using the signing as data collection technique. Within the final considerations it follows that there are no significant differences between the days of work in urban and rural workers inColombia and Venezuela El trabajo en el sector agrícola adquiere una gran complejidad y diversidad tal que lascondiciones del trabajo se hacen confusas con las mismas condiciones de vida deltrabajador. Ello hace que se enfrente todos los días a riesgos para su salud. Estasituación se observa tanto en los campos agrícolas de Colombia como de Venezuela, quehasta las mismas legislaciones no tiene diferencias significativas entre el trabajador ruraldel campo respecto al trabajador urbano. De allí, que el propósito de la presenteinvestigación sea realizar un análisis comparativo de la jornada de trabajo como condiciónlaboral de los trabajadores del sector agrícola en Colombia y Venezuela con tal finalidad.El estudio se sustentó en los documentos relativos al Código Sustantivo del Trabajo deColombia, la ley 50 de 1990 que modifica el código sustantivo del trabajo colombiano, laLey Orgánica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y Trabajadoras (Presidencia de la República,2012) de Venezuela, y su reglamento. El estudio se calificó como documentalbibliográfico, utilizando el fichaje como técnica de recolección de información. Dentro delas reflexiones finales se infiere que no existen diferencias significativas entre las jornadasde trabajos en los trabajadores urbanos y rurales de Colombia y Venezuela.
