Resumen
The objective of this scientific article is to analyze the Industry 4.0 model for technological transformation in the business sector, therefore, it was based on what was exposed by Basco (2018), Deloitte (2018), Román (2020), Pereira and Romero (2020), and from the methodological point of view what was proposed by Martínez (2014) and Arias (2014). Likewise, it is mentioned that the research was supported from the methodological perspective under a qualitative approach of a documentary type, relying for the collection of information on documentary observation, underlining technique, text summary and textual citation. Consequently, it was concluded that the referred model favors a methodology based on technological tools Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, Big Data, among other new technologies that facilitate digital transformation in the business sector, which favor companies intelligent with a digital maturity to generate the due competitiveness of the companies in the market. El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar el modelo de Industria 4.0 para la transformación tecnológica en el sector empresarial, y se sustentó en lo expuesto por Basco (2018), Deloitte (2018), Román (2020), Pereira y Romero (2020), y desde el punto de vista metodológico en lo planteado por Martínez (2014) y Arias (2014). Así mismo, la investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cualitativo de tipo documental, llevando a cabo una recolección de información en de fuentes documentales, resumen de texto y cita textuales, resumen analítico y análisis crítico. Con base a lo señalado, la investigación describe que en la actualidad las empresas consideran apoyarse en modelos tecnológicos robusto las cuales faciliten la operatividad de las mismas y que a su vez le brinden tranquilidad y seguridad sobre los datos que manejan para el desarrollo sustentable, es por eso, que se planteó el modelo de industria 4.0 para la transformación tecnológica en el sector empresarial, donde, el mismo está conformado por nuevas tecnologías emergentes que facilitan la innovación como la flexibilidad para una óptima funcionalidad de las corporaciones en sus procesos tanto administrativos como operativos. En consecuencia, se concluyó que el referido modelo propicia una metodología basada en herramientas tecnológicas como son: Internet de las Cosas, Cloud Computing, Inteligencia Artificial, Impresión 3D, Big Data; entre otras nuevas tecnologías que facilitan la transformación digital en sector empresarial, las cuales propician la ejecución de los procesos con una madurez digital para generar la debida competitividad de las empresas en el mercado.
