Resumen
The use of bots and fake profiles to distort the political debate on social networks by spreading disinformation and fake news has already been identified in different countries around the world. This new FGV DAPP document gives an updated overview of evidence on how current strategies of misinformation on the web work. They are working as they have always been, and as influential as ever.
