Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Optimización de costos de acarreo con equipo mediante evaluación de rendimientos en Rampa 6420 del Nivel 2760, CIA Poderosa S.A.; Se intentará explicar un nuevo método para reducir costos en la operación básica de acarreo de material triturado y aumentar sustancialmente los niveles de producción en beneficio de la empresa contratista ARCA SAC. La siguiente investigación es de tipo no experimental descriptivo porque se analizó la realidad problemática, se evaluó los datos de los tiempos y rendimientos de acarreo del antes y después de la optimización con scooptram, producción por guardia y los costos unitarios de acarreo. El método aplicado a esta metodología de investigación es cuantitativo por que los datos obtenidos fueron medidos utilizando la estadística como herramienta básica para este estudio. En este trabajo de investigación se inició analizado el costo del scooptram Joy-4LD-20, el ciclo de acarreo del equipo mecanizado utilizado en las labores del Nivel 2760 Rampa 6420 y Galería NW, y se ha determinado el rendimiento del scooptram del antes y después de la optimización de la actividad de acarreo. Finalmente se logró los siguientes resultados: los costos unitarios de acarreo se minimizaron de 4.70 USD/Tn a 3.13 USD/Tn con una diferencia a favor de 1.57 USD/Tn. Concluyendo que el control de rendimiento de los equipos redujo los costos de la actividad de acarreo en la rampa 6420 del Nivel 2760 en la Unidad Santa María – CIA Minera Poderosa S.A. También se obtiene un ahorro de 36,462.24 dólares por un año calendario.
