dc.description.abstractThe highly competitive environment has allowed companies to generate marketing strategies that help improve relations with the customer. Because at present it is considered the motor and primary axis for the organizational productive development. Technology is a factor that has generated changes in the current era of business, since people have the need and facility to observe through their digital devices the products that are offered and the benefits provided by each one of them. By interacting and communicating directly with many companies, they demand quality attention to their needs, in order to achieve their maximum satisfaction. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the degree of influence of marketing on customers of the company "Architecture + Construction", through the application of methods and techniques that help improve relationships and customer loyalty. The benefits that digital marketing provides to companies are exceptional, since it potentiates to achieve a sustainable advantage before the competition. To obtain accurate data, research techniques such as the survey and direct observation were applied, which helped to clarify and solve the problems of the company studied. Therefore, it was possible to understand the importance that customers have within the company and the significant value of being present in the minds of the entire population.
