Resumen
Education today has changed considerately, because today the school
space has moved to virtual environments in order to achieve better results for
students since it is even possible to create multimedia and attractive content that
allows innovation in the teaching-learning process. In the case of the subject of
Physical Education, it is known that there are limitations such as: limited
knowledge of ICTs by teachers and students, limitations in access to the network,
unexpected interruption of communication, among others. It means a difficulty in
the implementation of ICTs within the school process, being that today these tools
represent a fundamental support in educational practices, even more in contexts in
which face-to-face education has not been possible. That is why it has been
proposed to carry out this investigative work whose main objective is: demonstrate
theoretically the incidence of ICTs in the teaching-learning process in the subject of
Physical Education. The methodology that will guide the research will be
descriptive with a qualitative approach, the technique for data collection will be the
bibliographic collection through the main repositories at the local, national and
international level, as well as the main scientific and academic journals. With the
results of the study, it is expeced to lay the theoretical bases that allow us to know
how ICTs can help the teaching of the subject of Physical Education, in a simple
way for teachers and students
