dc.description.abstractThe investigation that aimed to analyze the perception of family functioning in children of the third child of the School "Gericob" occurs. The purpose was to learn about aspects of family relationships, scanning for possible causes of psychosocial problems and school type having infants in this institution, as is the case of indiscipline problems in academic performance, as well as a weakened family-school connection. It was a descriptive study in which quantitative and qualitative research methods were used. The chosen instrument for data collection was the Family APGAR in their children's version, adapted for children, with whom satisfaction that children have regarding the relationships established between family members is obtained. The main result was obtained that most children receive a normal family working demo, so it follows that the cause of the problems presented in school are not in the family context.
