Resumen
The present research work of qualification Management Model by competences for the Strategic Direction of Human Talent of the COAC Minga Ltda. Riobamba, aims to provide tools with a new management approach that facilitates the management of human talent effectively. The methodology used is based on conducting surveys applied to all officials of this institution, an interview with the Coordinator of Human Talent, in addition to the preparation of the SWOT, EFE and EFI matrices that allowed knowing the current situation of the Cooperative. The results determined that it is necessary to have new processes of recruitment and selection of personnel, training, induction, hiring and performance evaluation, which contribute to improving the level of competitiveness of the institution and the performance of the collaborators. The model also presents a proposal for a Career Plan, as an alternative for promotions and promotion of personnel, for key positions, a Succession Plan has been designed to allow candidates prepared to assume the responsibilities demanded by the new position. It is recommended that the cooperative implement the proposed model as an essential tool for personnel administration, so that adequate human talent management will guarantee the success of the organization, with results of profitability and sustainability over time.
