The present proyect shows the results of a qualitative research focused on the formation of subjects with universal values. For this purpose, a case study was carried out, which allowed determining what kind of subjects form the school, which gave way to raise as a main objective which is the social function that the school fulfills in the formation of human beings with values, obtaining results that have allowed detailing the characteristics and values that these subjects possess. On the other hand, the problem that gave origin to the work was the lack of values in the students of the investigated group, obtaining the following results: the school forms passive, disrespectful and dishonest subjects mainly. It was also determined that the school is indeed fundamental when talking about the formation of subjects with values. The methodology used was qualitative, based on interviews, direct observation, and the execution of field journals. Later, a triangulation of data was carried out, seeking to obtain knowledge about universal values within the school as a training institution through the research conducted. The work is organized in an orderly manner with index, introduction, background, theoretical framework, results, conclusions and bibliographic references.
