Resumen
The main objective of the project is to obtain equipment with the capacity to wash 6 bottles collected from the allied stores to the liquor production company Macrolinea S.A, increasing the efficiency of the process. The design of the equipment consists of 6 phases described below. Chapter 1 shows the flowchart of the current process of the company and justifies the problem in which the project focuses, therefore we proceed with the analysis of alternatives in which the current bottle washing processes in the market are studied along with their costs, advantages, disadvantages of each machine and availability. The next chapter corresponding to the design focuses on the respective calculations for the sizing of equipment components, the tests performed to obtain critical data and the construction of the 3D model for its subsequent physical construction. In it, Autodesk Inventor was used for the construction of parts, calculations of power transmission and selection of standardized elements, then with the finished machine we proceed to perform functional tests in order to obtain actual data operation of the equipment and its components. After that we proceed to perform an analysis of the data obtained in the tests showing the historical efficiency of the company compared to the efficiency provided by the equipment to the process. Finally using a financial analysis of costs involved in construction of the equipment, the payback of the investment of the company is extracted along with the profitability.
