For the integration of a new collaborator to be more positive and productive, is necessary to set up the process of personal induction dividing them in two sub-processes, induction and re-induction of personal, using them as methods for its development for the training of the process of the specific induction and the formation as a method of both induction and re-induction in general. By setting up such processes; new collaborators will feel welcome, they will sense a stable and organized corporate, they it selves will answer positively in their charge. The re-induction of personnel will enable the solid growth of the organization, this will be reflected on their set and achieved goals presented on their obtained results. What the Manual of induction pretends, is to develop a tool, that allows, "such as the Department of the Human talents move, in addition to the ones responsible of the induction process", to apply the suitable methods to make the new collaborators more productive in their activities.
