This is a qualitative approach to study using oral history, sources of public archives and library research as a way to research a set of knowledge and practices that make up the craft of quacks and Faith healers Traditional of Quilombo Curiaú communities and São José do Mata Fome, and aimed to portray the valuation of these women, who are known to be (the first female medical doctors) of their communities. The same will be done from the Amapá Sustainable Development Program, implemented in the government of Joao Alberto Rodrigues Capiberibe in the period 1994-1998, which showed in some of their development proposals Conservation of Cultural Identity and Social of Traditional Communities of Amapá. To develop this research sought to data in the Annuals of the GEA (1994-1998), the PDSA Creating Document GEA (1995), was also used as a source book of Janet Capiberibe, "The Protection and Access to Biodiversity in Amapá (2004) "and field interview with the quacks and politicians who lived through the period studied.
