Resumen
This work falls within the scope of an interdisciplinary research in Science, Technology and Society (STS) in dialogue with the Nursing and Social Psychology. Those are sociotechnical studies, which are characterized by an emphasis on descriptions of sociomaterials arrangements composed of human and nonhuman actants which are reflected in the care practices or care technologies. The research aimed to study the Technologies of a pediatric care, especially about the technologies from the relationship computers - hospitalized child, and the effects of modulation of affect, spatialities and Health Humanization artefactualities in children, families and team involved. To do this, at first, we studied care in practice, sociotechnical objects of care, those articulated to the notion of sociomaterials arrangements. We approach spatialities and modulation of affects as interference. We discourse modulation of affect in connection with the Health in the Humanization artifactualities. We conceptualize tecnocultures and technologies of care. In a second moment, we describe the development of the praxiography method, in other words, the type of design that emphasizes ethnographic performances of the various practices of care in the hospital routine. In a third time, we describe the history of the teaching hospital of our choice. In a fourth time we tell about the places where we walk, we did, we talked and the time spent for such activities. We show through Praxiographics Drawings, places and objects comprising each care practice performed by computers on the playroom, the Computer Laboratory and in the ward. In a fifth time, we make a description of the playroom where the computers live. We show some effects produced by computers that inhabit the playroom. We show some effects produced by computers that inhabit the playroom. We emphasize the affections, spatializations and modulations that were found. We show the linkages between spatialities and modulation affects and the effects of Health Humanization by artifactualizations. In a sixth time in the infirmary, we focus on the effects produced by two Netbooks on the bed of two hospitalized children (spatialities and modulation of affect). We also describe the effects of Health Humanization by artifactualities found in pediatrics. As for final consideration Care in Practice in daily pediatric allowed us to think, from computers, about how objects sociotechnical and care arrangements can tell, not one, but several Technologies of Care. We contribute to the study and practice of Nursing Care, by bringing a non-anthropocentric concept of care, but not inhuman. We propose educational-aesthetic workshops to provide the way of narrating our research.
