O trabalho do/a Assistente Social no enfrentamento a Covid-19: ações e competências no NASF em Montanhas/RN

Abstract

In the atypical covid-19 pandemic scenario, it is necessary for the social worker of the Family Health Support Center (NASF) to develop skills related to educational work outside the conventional environment. This work aims to understand the actions and skills that are required of the NASF social worker in the context of the new coronavirus pandemic in the municipality of Mountains / RN, in addition to contextualizing the socioeconomic impacts of the pandemic for the Brazilian working class, the government's responses federal government and how this scenario impacted the work of social workers. The methodology of this work comprises a qualitative research approach based on a bibliographic survey on the theme proposed here, and a semi-structured interview to understand the professional performance of the social worker. After the research, it was possible to conclude that the NASF team social worker played a fundamental role in the actions and interventions to confront the covid-19.
