dc.descriptionReaction of the dinuclear complex [{Ru(CO)3Cl2}J with the Hgand 2-(diphenylphosphineoxide)pyridine (PyPOPh2) in ethanol solution gave the neutral mononuclear complex [Ru(k²-PyPOPh2-N,0)(CO)2Cl2]. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and RMN spectroscopy, and its molecular structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.
