Resumen
This work aims to reduce work stress with the application of the PERMA model and contributing to the increase in the well-being of a group of teachers and their coping strategies within the organizational context. It is composed of a mixed design, three instruments are applied which measure the variables and the development of a focal group where the meanings of the participants are collected. In addition, three intervention sessions are held, where the dimensions of achievement, positive emotions and interpersonal relationships are worked on. The participants were 20 teachers from a private girl's school in Bogotá. No significant changes were found in the reduction of stress, however the participants did recognize improvements in their quality and satisfaction with life, increased tools to face stressful situations and the importance of recognizing themselves as people in the work context, emphasizing in the importance of continuing to develop this type of space in the workplace. On the other hand, there is a significant relationship between the coping style centered on emotion and the increase in stress indexes.
