Resumen
The present study entitled evaluation by competencies in school religious education for the integral development of students of grade 11-a of the Andrés Nicolas Escobar Escobar Educational Institution aims to analyze the evaluation process through which the development of the competencies of the student, who receives their education within the framework of a competency-based curriculum. The incorporation of evaluation by competencies in education is an indicator of change also in the processes and the organic structure of the area of School Religious Education (ERE). In this direction, it is important to bear in mind that ERE's own competencies must be clear and in line with being and doing for the greater enrichment of people so that through an evaluative process, healthy competitiveness and the need for comprehensiveness.
