This document shows different simulations in CFD of the behavior of two types of fluids: water and a mixture of water with kerosene; inside pipelines. These simulations were done to simulate the cases of obstructions inside the pipes due to a decreasement of the ambient temperature in oil transport situations. The simulations were carried out by the STAR CCM + program of the Siemens company. Simulations of the fluids inside pipes of different diameters: 2 in, 1,5 in and 1 in at speeds of 0,37 m / s, 0,46m / s and 0,18m / s were done to observe and compare the accumulation of ice on the walls of the pipe. This was done to know the influence of this phenomenon on the pressure and speed of the system together with the amount of ice accumulated on the walls of the pipe. As a result, it was obtained that for the pipes with a smaller diameter there is a greater accumulation of ice together with a greater pressure drop and consequently they are the most prone to block. Additionally, the pipe with the largest amounts of ice formed were those with an initial velocity of 0,46m / s. Therefore, it was concluded that the speed and diameter of the pipes have a great influence on the formation of ice
